Martin A. Urban, MD, MMM

Founder and Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Martin Urban is a dedicated, highly skilled radiologist with extensive management and entrepreneurial skills whose more than 35 years of medical career includes a complete range of experience in diagnostic and interventional radiology. 

 

In addition to his clinical expertise, Dr. Urban has over 25 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including ownership and lead radiologist of a private practice radiology group and 15 years of ownership and management of a full-service freestanding imaging center. He currently serves as Chairman of the Department of Medical Imaging at two hospitals in Illinois. As the co-owner of an application company for secure medical and disaster communication, he understands the intricacies of technology and has been involved in multiple technology start-up companies. He has extensive patent development experience and several consumer product patents to his credit.

 

Dr. Urban earned his medical degree from Northwestern University Medical School, completed his residency and fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and received his Master of Medical Management from the University of Southern California.

Rebecca Stemm, CMCO

Chief Financial Officer, Practice Administrator

Rebecca’s professional experience includes over 30 years in radiology administrative services. She has extensive experience in radiology management and a variety of financial activities including budgeting and statistical analysis. Rebecca oversees the facility’s functions and departments.

Stephanie Tubutis, CHC

Chief Operating Officer

Stephanie has spent the majority of her career in the healthcare industry. She has experience in virtually all aspects of healthcare including, practice management, revenue cycle management and healthcare compliance. She has extensive experience in managed care contract analysis and negotiation. Stephanie understands the importance of continuous process improvement and is constantly seeking ways to provide meaningful guidance to the practice.

Jesse Smith

Chief Technology Officer

Jesse manages day-to-day support involving all areas of technology. He handles all installations of new hardware, software, servers, etc. He is responsible for day-to-day PACS operations including image workflow, archiving, auto-routing, prefetching, and other related activities. He works closely with imaging to ensure timely and complete capture of DICOM image data into the PACS as well as network transmission, RIS validation, and exception handling. Jesse is a liaison between Camelot Radiology and Summit Radiology since 2014. Jesse investigates, identifies, and solves problems within all applicable operational areas. He reviews feedback from end users, compiles and analyzes support data, and recommends procedural and educational changes as appropriate. Jesse works closely with radiologists and outside facilities to identify future needs and to design efficient workflow processes.
